01 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, taking an assessment, enrolling in a program or workshop, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02 What we offer

VrittiSpace provides structured emotional-health support that draws on psychology, behavioural science, and Vedic frameworks. This includes self-awareness assessments, personalised insight reports, finite multi-week programs, group workshops, and one-to-one consultations with vetted practitioners.

The Services are designed to support self-understanding and emotional development. They are educational and developmental in nature.

04 Accounts & eligibility

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on your own behalf.
• Programs and workshops for minors must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

05 Assessments & reports

Assessment results and reports are generated to support reflection and are reviewed by our team for relevance. They reflect patterns based on the information you provide and are not a diagnosis. Outcomes depend on many factors, and we make no guarantee of any specific result.

You agree to answer assessments honestly. Reports are for your personal use and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

06 Payments & refunds

Paid programs, workshops, consultations, and donations are processed through our third-party payment partners. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes.

• Payment is required before access to a paid Service is granted.
• Refund eligibility is communicated at the point of purchase. Where a Service has already been substantially delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.
• For refund or billing questions, contact us using the details below and we will respond in good faith.

07 Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Harass practitioners, staff, or other participants.

08 Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, assessments, program materials, branding, and software that make up the Services are owned by or licensed to VrittiSpace and are protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own emotional-health journey. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without our written consent.

09 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VrittiSpace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where these Terms are breached.
